What we are — and are not
UAE Tourist Visas is a private visa assistance service. We prepare and submit UAE visa applications through a licensed UAE fulfillment partner. We are not a government body, and nothing on this site is an official government communication. Final visa decisions rest exclusively with UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA / ICP).
No guarantee of approval
We cannot and do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved, or that it will be processed within a specific time. Timelines and fees shown on this site are typical figures, not promises, and immigration authorities may request additional documents or decline an application without stating a reason.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information that matches your passport exactly. Applications are prepared from what you submit.
- Submit only documents that belong to you or to a person who has authorised you to act for them.
- Comply with UAE entry rules, visa validity dates and permitted-stay limits. Overstay fines are set and collected by UAE authorities, not by us.
Fees and payment
The exact fee for your application is confirmed to you in writing before any payment is taken. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the service fee you paid to us. We are not liable for losses caused by immigration decisions, airline or travel costs, or delays by government authorities.
Acceptable use
You may not use this site to submit fraudulent documents, to apply on behalf of a person without their consent, or to scrape or republish site content at scale without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
